Every dress is special ordered, and once the designer starts cutting the dress, you are no longer eligible for a FULL refund, since they are not returnable or exchangeable with the designers, you are however, eligible for a 50% refund, of the item retail/sale price of when it was initially purchased. Shipping and Handling will NOT be refunded on returns. (Exceptions: Defects and Damages) Items must be returned in original packing and with tags on.
If there is a manufacturing defect or damages, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and at least two clear pictures of the damage or defect. We will reply within 2 to 3 business days. Once damage has been reviewed and determined, we will issue you a RMA number. The return package should be received within 14 business days, from the issue of the RMA number. Or we reserve the right to refuse the package. Please make sure the package is packed well and trackable. We are not responsible for it's loss during the return transition. Shipping and handling will be refunded in the event of damage or defects.
